ENSURING COMPLIANCE: INSPECTIONS AND ESSENTIAL SAFETY DOCUMENTATION
Under the Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), it is essential to ensure that all lifting equipment is strong, stable, suitable for its use to prevent injury. Equipment must be clearly marked with safe working loads, ID numbers and a thorough examination sticker. LOLER & PUWER services should be carried out by competent person with certification. All equipment must be serviced at least once per year under these regulations and should not be used without it. Certificates will be issued for customers to store.
